Forrest and his team did such an incredible job with our concrete replacement project. When I got three bids, Forrest was the only one to contact The City to determine the scope of the bid and get a permit for the quote. We were so impressed with the follow-up and also with billing. Forrest is a local, neighborhood guy who cares about his community. His company has a wonderful reputation. Excellent service, excellent work.

Great communication from the beginning to inspect and estimate siding replacement.The work was done on time as proposed with no surprises and excellent results. I have worked with many contractors over the years and only give good reviews when deserved. This is one of those times.

Ours was a whole exterior replacement of 22 yr old siding, gutters, downspouts, and outdoor lighting. The project was clearly planned and we received a clearly stated and explained estimate. Communication throughout planning and actual work was frequent and helpful. When the work was completed, we reviewed the work on all areas and discussed areas that required follow up work. Overall, we recommend Clear Skies for siding, gutters, downspouts and lighting installation. We’re very pleased with the products, work quality and service.

We had our gutters replaced. They did everything that we wanted done and there were no extra charges. Forrest answered the phone on the first ring every time we called. They cleaned up the area when they were done. We can highly recommend.

Snow and ice took out my 2nd story gutters. Got an estimate on the phone in minutes. Very reasonable cost. Quick and professional install. Can't imagine a better gutter business than Clear Skies Roofing.

I worked with Forrest, and he was really great. Clear Skies gave me an estimate quickly. Forrest walked me through the process, then they came out and got my roof done within a few weeks of signing the paperwork.

The pricing was better than other quotes I got. The roof looks great. My insurance was happy and so am I!

These folks are pro's! They were very upfront about all the details and pricing. They were good about getting back to me (despite their full workload). They were very courteous to the tenant of the property and checked in before completing work.
Most importantly, they did excellent work that looks great.
Highly recommended.

I contacted 4 different roofing companies when we decided to have ours replaced. All had good reviews and the other 3 are well known in the community. Of all of them, Clear Skies was the only one who showed any interest in earning our business. Forrest followed up, sent an excellent proposal not just a big price quote, and discussed the insurance process with me. He was patient with me as I took a few months to come to terms with the decision and worked through some personal health issues. He always answered my questions right away and was easy to talk to. Once we got HOA approval, we set an installation date about a week out. The day before the job, the materials were delivered and put in place on the roof. Bright and early the next day, a crew of several installers knocked it out in about 7 hours. They were very tidy and respectful. Didn’t find any debris, random shingle, nor even a single nail left behind. I’m very happy we chose Clear Skies and I highly recommend Forrest & his crew!
